Rosemary Lach is well-known as a caller and teacher of English Country Dance, and is the founder of the Victoria English Country Dance Society. For this 15th anniversary Ball, Rosemary has included a waltz cotillion in the Ball programme as it may have been danced at Government House in 1864

Music: The Dancehall Players
